MOT TESTING - WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW

If you drive a vehicle over three years old, you must keep it in a safe and roadworthy condition. The MOT test checks that your vehicle meets road safety and environmental standards. Class 4 MOTs are suitable for: cars, small vans and motor caravans (up to 3,000kg). All MOT tests are carried out by DVSA approved technicians at Renovo Automotive.

WHATS CHECKED DURING AN MOT TEST

During an MOT Test, the examiner will check many areas of the vehicle, including bodywork, emissions and safety features. A few of the items that are checked are shown below.
